This is actually quite cool.  SimLeague Baseball has a seriously sophisticated system for staging games (and seasons) between teams of players chosen from throughout baseball history.  Perhaps it's not a 100% perfect way of seeing how Ty Cobb might do against Roger Clemens, but it's sure a hell of a lot of fun.  It's all done online and there is a reasonably small fee for each season.  But in this case that's a very good thing because it'll minimize the likelihood of owners not paying attention to their teams.  We give SimLeague baseball a simulated thumbs up.
